Speed up downloads mod organizer

So I just recently started getting Skyrim (VR) mods and when I download them from nexus using the 'mod manager download' button, MO2 downloads the mod at 1MB per second. My computer can definitely download things faster than this so is there any way to raise MO2's max download speed?.
